It exhibits excellent catalytic performance, provides uniform and strong adhesion to the substrate surface, leaves no stains or blemishes in electroless nickel plating, and offers good bonding strength. It is suitable for automated production lines.

It is used in the through-hole metallization process for double-sided and multilayer printed circuit boards, as well as in the activation process for plating on plastics.
